Mitja Jelen

Mitja Jelen is an experienced Agile Trainer, Lean Agile Transformation Lead, Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach who has over 15 years of professional experience in international, multicultural organizations.

He is a qualified, certified and passionate trainer specializing in agile transformations, both small and large scale. His extensive work experience in various agile roles, supporting organizations from team to portfolio level, helped him to develop a deeper understanding of how to approach different organizational change processes and embed the new cultures through a mindful approach both in life and work.

Hundreds of participants of all levels and from different countries, from top management to team level have been delivered various trainings and workshops by Mitja, both onsite and in virtual environment. As a trainer, he is passionate and enjoys delivering training – by understanding the needs of the participants and figuring out how to best fulfill them. His aim is always to present the training content in such a way that participants get excellent value from what they have learned and are able to apply it further in their own areas of expertise. His practical experience enriches his training courses with many real-life examples and practical tips.

He studied economics at the University of Maribor and is constantly expanding his knowledge by participating in various recognized courses and trainings.
