In this intensive 2-day course, we will cover all crucial aspects of being a Scrum Master. We will prepare you for the Scrum Master certification exam at Scrum.org and equip you for the daily responsibilities of a Scrum Master. 

With a combination of theory and practical exercises, you will learn:

• How agile working started
• What the Scrum framework is
• How to implement Scrum in teams or organizations

You will not only get to know Scrum, but also understand your responsibilities within the framework. Despite the compact format, we will take time for reflection and discuss practical experiences of the coaches and participants.

Certification: You will receive a voucher for one attempt at the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master™ I certification exam. After successful completion of the training, you will obtain a certificate of participation.
