Anja Sommer is a qualified trainer with over 10 years of experience in leading workshops and training sessions in the IT field.

During her studies in Technomathematics, she gained initial experience in further education by preparing engineers for mathematics exams. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for adult education and her ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly and effectively.

Anja has dedicated much of her time to guiding companies of all sizes towards an agile way of doing business. She shares her expertise in numerous seminars, teaching students as a trainer and consultant in agile project management with Scrum, as well as in traditional project management and change management. Anja has trained over 400 people with diverse backgrounds in the IT sector. She has also gained international experience conducting workshops in countries such as France, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Ireland, and Denmark, delivering sessions in various languages including German, English, and French.

For Anja, successful project management primarily means defining sustainable strategies that can be adapted to meet the demands of the moment. She understands that long-term competitiveness can only be achieved by people who are flexible, quick to adapt to changes, and proactive in looking to the future.
