Antonia Wieduwilt is an experienced trainer and facilitator with more than 5 years of intensive experience in leading workshops. With a solid background in agile project management in software development and over 10 years of practical work as a Business Analyst, Product Owner and Scrum Master, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the importance of effective moderation and facilitation of workshop groups. Through her work as a consultant, Antonia has worked in various industries, developing and facilitating numerous workshops.

Her training focus is on building and developing facilitation skills – especially for agile events and workshops.
Her trainings are characterized by a hands-on approach in which participants can directly apply and test the tools and methods of moderation and facilitation in an interactive environment. Antonia is convinced that effective workshops should not only impart knowledge, but above all enable practical application.

Her goal is to create a space where participants can develop and refine the skills to successfully facilitate and run workshops.
