Elnaz Hajbagheri

As an Agile Trainer, SAFe Program Consultant, Agile Coach and Agile Project Manager with over 10 years of experience, Elnaz Hajbagheri specializes in delivering customized training programs. Her approach to training focuses on practical application and hands-on learning, enabling participants to gain a deep understanding of the concepts and their application in real-life situations.

During her studies, Elnaz worked as a tutor for first-year students and gained experience in teaching complicated subjects. She continued this during her Master’s degree by working for an institute as a trainer for project management training courses.

In her professional career, Elnaz has worked as a coach and trainer for companies from a wide range of industries. These include, among others: IT, banking, medical technology, mechanical engineering and the oil and gas industry. She has supported numerous teams in learning agile methods and accompanied agile transitions. Today, she is responsible for the Agile IT Performance department, where she guides Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners and Agile Project Managers and ensures their further development.
