In this interactive course from ASD Training, you prepare for your leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in a Scaled Agile Framework® implementation. The course covers facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of program execution and relentless improvement. It enhances the Scrum paradigm with an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices, and the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value. The course will also give you insight on how to support the interactions with architects, Product management and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts.

The Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) is the world’s most trusted system for scaling Lean and Agile practices and establishing Business Agility across the entire organization.

Preparation for the SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master certification exam (SASM)

The SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master certification exam is a web-based exam on SAFe® Community Platform and can be taken any time after the SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master course completion. To access the exam, the participants must register their personal account on the SAFe® Community Platform. We recommend participants to prepare and take the exam as soon as possible after the SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master course (no longer as 30 days after the course completion).

The 60 exam questions are structured in multiple choice or multiple answer format. Multiple answer questions require all selection of all correct answers (no partial credits are given). The exam timebox is 120 minutes.When the exam timebox ends, the exam will be submitted, regardless of the number of questions answered. All unanswered questions will be considered as incorrect. The exam passing rate is 73% (44/60).

The exam will be held in English language.

After successfully passing the SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master exam, the participants receive the certification along with 1-year SAFe® Community Platform membership.

Who can participate in SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master course?

All are welcome to participate in the SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master course, although it is highly recommended to have some previous knowledge or experience in Scrum or any other agile framework.

This course is primarily aimed at Lean-Agile Change Leaders, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches or any other leading roles.

It is recommended that the course participants have knowledge or experience in:

Software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management

Participants must attend both days of the SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master course to qualify for the exam.
