Scrum is easy to understand, but hard to master, especially for new Scrum Masters. It’s a big challenge for them to grasp not only the Scrum framework itself, but also their role within the Scrum.

Our training goes beyond just explaining Scrum. We aim to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Scrum and empower you to effectively apply it.

Therefore, you will get a solid theoretical foundation and hands-on experience with practical exercises and methods that you can directly apply within teams or organizations. Additionally, we will provide you with guidance and coaching. 

In our Scrum Master 360° training, we offer:

• Over eight sessions, we will thoroughly cover all the aspects of Scrum, with a special focus on a Scrum Master role.
• Our coaches will actively prepare you for the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification at Scrum.org.
• In two additional coaching sessions, we will discuss our initial experiences as a group and support you on topics that matter to you.

 The Scrum Master 360° training is designed to be engaging, combining theoretical lectures with practical exercises. Additionally, best-practice experiences of our coaches and participants will spark active discussions, aiding your understanding of the Scrum Master’s responsibilities.

Certification: You will receive a voucher for the first Professional Scrum Master™ I certification exam attempt at Scrum.org. After successful completion of the training, you will obtain a certificate of participation.

Time and Duration
Regardless of your current work or study obligations, you can join our training sessions, that will span over several weeks. This allows you to gradually learn all you need as a Scrum Master and gives you the opportunity to try out what you’ve learned in between.

Theory and Certification
We will teach you everything you need to successfully pass the PSM I certification exam.

Exercises
In addition to the theory, we will do numerous exercises together, so you can relentlessly apply Scrum in practice.

Exchange
Weekly discussions will deepen the learning content and facilitate sharing of experiences.

Group Coaching Support
Even after the training, you won’t be left alone. Your initial experiences will be reflected upon together in the group, and you will receive help for obstacles you may encounter.
