Scrum is easy to understand, but hard to master. As a Product Owner, you play a central role. To fulfill this role, theoretical knowledge of Scrum is not enough. You need a clear vision of your product, the ability to communicate it, awareness of your responsibilities within the Scrum team and to various stakeholders.

Our training goes beyond just explaining Scrum. We aim to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the Product Owner role and empower you to effectively apply it.

Therefore, you will get a solid theoretical foundation and hands-on experience with practical exercises and methods that you can directly apply within teams or organizations.

Additionally, we will provide you with guidance and coaching.

In our Product Owner 360° training, we offer:

• Over eight sessions, we will thoroughly cover all the aspects of Scrum, with a special focus on the Product Owner role.
• Our coaches will actively prepare you for the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification at Scrum.org.
• In two additional coaching sessions, we will discuss our initial experiences as a group and support you on topics that matter to you.

The Product Owner 360° training is designed to be engaging, combining theoretical lectures with practical exercises. Additionally, best-practice experiences of our coaches and participants will spark active discussions, aiding your understanding of the Product Owner’s responsibilities.

Certification: You will receive a voucher for the first Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I certification exam attempt at Scrum.org. After successful completion of the training, you will obtain a certificate of participation.
